With just a click of an icon on your desktop we are able to connect to your users computers and diagnose/fix any issues. Should a fault occur before end of business times, user can leave the remote session open and we will endeavour to fix the fault ready for users return the following morning.
90% of faults are usually fixed with 1 hour

Opening times Mon to Fri 08:00 20:00 (or whenever the last computer is fixed) Sat and Sun 09:00 to 18:00 (appointment only)

Mainly used for hardware issues or if there is no network connection.
We will usually come out to you with 48 hours (unless really urgent)

All timings are based on appointments booked, NO extra charges for out of hours work.

There are certain jobs (i.e. computer rebuilds) where the hourly rate would not be cost effective, we would charge per job (the cost would be agreed prior to the job starting.)
