Yes, you will need to have either Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 and connected to the internet (via broadband). This means we are unable to fix hardware nor internet connection issues.
Q: Can you connect to my computer without my consent?
No, you will be required to click the "Remote Help" icon and inform the helpdesk operator the ID number. Once the session has finished the operator is unable to reconnect until you click the icon again.
